Bambara Restaurant at Hotel Monaco

Of course such a hip swanky hotel has a stylish restaurant.  Why have I not been here before?  I guess my best explanation is that there’s is such a growing amount of fine dining restaurants in Salt Lake that its hard to keep up, especially if you’re on a budget, which I am. Bambara is a perfect balance of modernity and comfort.  You’ll sit back in houndstooth, high-back booths and enjoy the familiar foods of grilled cheese…
